Recognised for its Predictive Analytics and Data Mining Solution Portfolio with Automated Modeling/Mining and Sophisticated Life-Cycle Model Governance
Data Mining Automation software vendor KXEN is cited as a 'leader' in its sector in the 'Forrester WaveTM: Predictive Analytics & Data Mining Solutions, Q1 2010' report, published this month.
The independent research company's first assessment of nine global movers and shakers in predictive analytics and data mining (PA/DM), stated that "KXEN [is] at the forefront of the convergence of PA/DM, content analytics and social network analysis for Web 2.0 environments."
Forrester's Jim Kobielus writes in the report that "KXEN offers strong usability within a feature-rich PA/DM portfolio. With sophisticated PA/DM features and thorough integration of wizard-driven automation, KXEN positions its PA/DM tools as key enablers for maximum productivity by data mining specialists and business analysts alike."
"KXEN focuses on expanding the use of PA/DM within analyst communities, making them more productive and more responsive to business needs, as well as among business consultants with no particular knowledge of statistics," continues the report.
Welcoming the findings of the report, KXEN CEO Roger Haddad said they came at the conclusion of a successful year for the company. "To be recognised so highly by Forrester underscores the technology breakthroughs made by KXEN's development team, the integration efforts of our partners and, most of all, the accomplishments and business results achieved by our users."
"From banking, insurance and communications through retailers and marketing services providers, we keep hearing stories of success, customer satisfaction and return on investment. It is further proof that KXEN's philosophy of ease of use, automation and seamless integration into enterprise applications is the right one."
